That’s funny, looks like I’m starting with a bang.

The Siren Slide is when you wait until the last day of the month.

The Sushi Special is when you get it done on the first day of the month.

I guess it would be a Special Slide if you knock out two months in one weekend, the last day of previous month and first day of next month. Or is that a Slide Special?

OK so I was able to get my Jan dive done last min. AND I was able to get Feb done today. so I say its a win win.

Sushi Special for the WIN!!!! 24% and I did 2 more dives in the gorgeous marine sanctuary of St. Lucia!!

Dive 1 - Fairyland. 69' for 51 minutes
Dive 2 - Superman. 67' for 56 minutes

Today's special guests on our 1st dive were 2 sea turtles, spotted eels, jumbo crab, puffer fish, cow fish, lots of trunk fish, and more trumpet fish than we've ever seen anywhere ever at anytime ever ever ever ever!! They are literally everywhere. And so are the parrot fish!!
Tomorrow's dives will be the Piton Wall and the Pinnacles!!

Thanks reef hound for the info. First and last day belong to sushi special. Three years ago my dive buddy Jim Carmin and I did last day of Dec and first day of January at mammoth it was a sushi special on ice.

I came across a FB posting for a dive club in the Florida panhandle about their upcoming speakers.
February 27th: Returning to Diving After Cold Weather, Mike Watkins, Dive Instructor

I'm tempted to go because I'm struggling with this concept of "returning", being I've dived at least 135 months in a row, maybe more.
