Legobloxs and myself headed to spring lake and got in our March dives. We did Cream of Wheat and Ossified followed by River bed and Catfish Hotel. Lots of work to be done and they could definitely use more volunteers. We also got to fine tune our elite harnesses for our Svalbard trip. We love side mount but back mount will be easer in Svalbard with the resources available.

Before the rest of you world travelers start posting about your AMAZING dives in the Philippines, I thought I would post that Douglas (24%) and I dove Spring Lake last Thursday. March Dive is in the bag! 83 minutes underwater. Beautiful day, lots of boats, TONS of children, and only 3 other divers. Got to talk to Taylor for quite a while. He is doing great, and showed us pictures of his PRECIOUS Kathleen born last summer. She is so darned cute. :)

But he really needs to work on being a more doting father. :p:p:p

March compete for me too. 29 fantastically great dives in the Philippines with water temps from 74-79, a bit chillier than promised.

March is finished with 23 dives at Porto Galena and Aquaventure in Anilao.
Now in Sipalay at Easy Diving with more dives planned for tomorrow. One hundred steps down to The Dive shop. Didn't count how to my room but a lot.
Then on Sunday off on Safari for six more days of diving.
Always onward and in this case upward.

PegLeg - you are on FIRE with your dives!! And surely you did a February dive, too, right? For some reason, there is no log of a post declaring your February dive done on this thread.

April dive in the bag for Legobloxs and myself. 55 minute in blue lagoon. 48oF above and 66oF in the water. Viz wasn’t great but I’ve seen a lot worse given the recent weather. I’d say a very reasonable 10 feet with some clearer patches.

April's dive was done at the COMAL during the annual CHUM Claims the Comal weekend. 24% and I, along with wanderwoman and Seaagg05, did a surprisingly warm dive entering at Landa and exiting before the tube chute. LOTS of fish - perch, big bass, plecostamus, and big ole crawfish! 40 minutes underwater, 71 degrees, 13' max depth.
