As mentioned in the meeting, nominations for diver of the year are now open.
Do you know a member who's enthusiastic? contributes to the club? goes out of their way to help fellow Chummers? If you do, please nominate that person and let them know how much we value their contribution.
To nominate someone, send me a message (click 'Start a conversation' on my profile) with your nominee's name and tell me why you think s/he deserves this honor. Any Tiger Shark is eligible except for those currently serving on the board -but thanks for all those nominations anyways ;-)
The Diver of the Year will receive a plaque as well as getting their name engraved alongside previous divers of the year on the perpetual plaque. They'll also receive a ticket to the 2018 TGCC Banquet where they will be recognized before the whole Houston diving community.
Nominations are due by Nov 12th, and then voting will be open until the 24th.
