I like Conch Republic Divers, just over the bridge in Tavernier. Small boats, professional, friendly, knowledgeable crew.

For the same reasons, I used to use Quiescence. But after calling and visiting them I think they have gone down a bit in my estimation.

Deep bubbles and I were there the end of February. We dove Rainbow Reef. We only dove one day with them because they called the next two days because of weather. We found out later that both Conch Republic and SeaDwellers both went out.
Rainbow Reef is more conservative when it comes to weather.
