Here is the poster with details on the dive meet next Sunday at Mammoth. If you have questions, reach out to @The Meg .

Also see this link for last year's event. You still need to sign the Mammoth waiver and pay them $25 directly for entry. Either pay Lunarfins for the picnic or bring your own.

I plan to be there for a check out dive or two prior to the re-scheduled Fling trip to Flower Gardens on July 4th weekend. Bunks still available.

I was actually looking for a map of the Blue Lagoon but found this older map of Mammoth - see below. The meet area is at Thunder Bay beside the camping area.

Ok, I have now signed the waiver for this year at Mammoth (need to do that annually) and also paid for Sunday 28th entrance online (I now have an account on their website).
Weather is looking hopeful.

It was a fun day, the weather was great, well organized, and good to catch up with divers. :)

First dive was pretty murky thru the school busses, the caboose and a bucket truck, approx 60 minutes. 72F at the bottom.

The second dive was completely different along the North side of the lake for a 1/4 tank workout in warm shallow clear reeds, with loads of fish and a large turtle, thru the submarine which was pretty clear, and then off on an adventure into the middle of the lake to the Tower. Several lines later heading generally East, we tried navigating North to the shore but toiled with the depth and murk, approx 75 mins. Earned a hotdog lunch before a long drive home.

Thanks to Lunarafins for hosting us. I did the first dive with Scott and Dylon but realized that I did not bring the right wetsuit for the bottom ;). Skipped the 2nd dive and just hung out. I'll attach a couple of pictures since I don't see a media gallery.
