Since there is a Dynamo soccer home game at 7.30pm on Aug 24th, parking may get a bit busy around the 8th Wonder Brewery late afternoon. Consequently, we'll change the apres-boat beers venue.

I’m not familiar with this brewery but let's give it a go and add it to the list! It is EQUAL PARTS BREWING since it is on that side of town and further away from the Shell stadium.
Address is 3118 Harrisburg Blvd, Houston, TX 77003. The first post is also amended.

Looks like it has a good beer menu, plus parking.

I haven't been to Equal Parts in a few years, but they have really good beer. They used to be called Sigma Brewing, but they changed their name a few years ago. It's still run by the same folks, though.

For those coming, Passengers 18 and older must present a valid, government-issued photo identification (passport, military ID, drivers’ license, state ID, etc.) before entering Port Houston property. You will need to bring photo ID.

I need to get a list of names (that match your photo ID) before Friday and print out the list to present to the Port Authority. Please PM these to me directly - don't post them here.

Ok, here's the update and we should be ready to go:

Please be advised that there is currently roadway construction on Clinton Drive near Gate 8, and guests should exercise additional caution in the area.​

Tour Address: 7300 Clinton Drive, Houston, TX 77020

Take Exit 28, Clinton Drive, from the I-610 East Loop. Head west on Clinton Dr., past McCarty, to Gate 8 on the left. A security guard and signs will direct you to the Sam Houston Landing.

I have everyone's names and will be there for check-in.
BRING YOUR PHOTO ID. (over 18)

I also have a CHUM waiver for each person to sign-off, and we will do that on arrival.

It will be up to 95F in the shade tomorrow so dress accordingly. I think there may have been water available last time but likely limited, so I suggest bring a bottle of water for the tour. No back-packs or bags on the vessel. There are restrooms at the landing area and on the vessel.

It was great to see a good crowd of CHUMMERS on Saturday. Thankfully we had a breeze on the moving vessel!
I was surprised that no-one checked IDs since I had been asked to provide that. No matter; paperwork & details now shredded.

Credit to @Lakediver for suggesting Equal Parts Brewery which was a nice venue (with food truck) to hang out afterwards and cool down.

I was shocked at how big the taproom is now. It was about half that size the last time I was there, back when it was Sigma.
