I know that finding speakers can be tough so as I've run across these interesting, to me, topics, I thought they may make good speakers. In no particular order...
Evan Budz; a Canadian teenager who created a bionic turtle to monitor aquatic ecosystems. He's all over the internet but this link is the first one that popped up.
Recently read an article about the National Geographic Society looking for The Guerrero, a Spanish sunken slave ship. Tara Roberts may be a good speaker or either of these two people. I was looking for a link directly to Diving with a Purpose but couldn't find one easily.
The company who sank the Argosy, Reefmaker. They create lots of artificial reefs, including, @Sushi Boy, your own memorial reef.
