As a Public Chummers Service Announcement, we had a rash of spamming last Friday. This resulted in our website host temporarily disabling several features while we deleted the spammers and bots and protected the site.
Since Friday, we have tightened up the application process that weeds out bots & malicious players, and deleted a load that had got past the safeguards. I think this is now good and everything should be back to normal operation and more secure.

Please let us know if you think anything is different from last week, but it should all be good.
We would also appreciate that if you spot any suspect posts or malicious/dodgy activity you notify a Board member by PM (or any other method) and it can be addressed ASAP.

Cheers! :)

Thanks to the BOD for their quick action on this. These are the kinds of things that may be easy to not notice as a member, but can take a fair amount of time and energy behind the scenes to resolve. Kudos to the officers for keeping the club running smoothly. Your efforts are definitely appreciated!

Yeah, I saw that nonsense. 1000+ spam posts in one night ... jerks! Thanks to the BOD for keeping us spam-free.
