Hi everybody,
Thought I'd take the opportunity to introduce myself on this thread. I am a keen and developing diver, mainly doing a bout of studying in London for the moment. If you don't find me in some cold water or pool (it
is the UK after all), I am travelling around various parts of the world, thinking about geology.
I will be in Houston from 3rd June to 31st October, and possibly again for short assignments after that for the next couple of years. Obviously, since I don't know the area yet (or any fellow divers for that matter), I am looking for as many opportunities as possible to get wet in the evenings or weekends (and enjoy the warm waters!). Doing a bit of internet dreaming brought me to the CHUM thread and it seems I have found the right spot to exactly do that.
Because I've been moving about too much the last couple of years, I haven't had the proper UW experience that I want, hence the resolution to better my life in the warm Gulf waters and get as much diving/drinking/training/bubbling/enjoying done as possible. So, if you can give me any excuse to go diving, please don't hesitate to e-mail/pm me directly or point me in the right direction to get into contact with fellow compressed air addicts.
Hoping to meet somewhere submerged,
Peter
