I was not there for the Bird episode, but I did make it this year. We had a blast doing knife fights, wrestling with anacondas, shooting (bubble) spear guns at the tourist in the glass bottom boats. One lady jumped completely out of her seat when I took aim at her. :)

If you have Facebook there is a Sea Hunt Forever page with pix and videos you may find fun to watch.

It was a rare opportunity to dive in Silver Springs as it is not open to the diving public-not to mention participating in a childhood dream of killing the bad guy in an uderwater knife fight.

Tonight on PBS from 10 - 11 is a program called Pearl Harbor: Into the Arizona. Using imaging software, they'll explore the inside of the ship for the first time. I've been to the Arizona a few times - it's an amazing experience - so I'm looking forward to seeing it from this new perspective.

If you miss it tonight, I'm sure it will be rerun.

Tomorrow morning, December 4th, at 9am CST, on the Travel Channel - the new season of "Top Secret Swimming Holes" will feature the Bonne Terre Mine. I know some of you CHUMmers have done this dive before. 24% and I are really excited for this segment tomorrow since the mine is only 30 minutes from where we are currently "living."

This was a news article released on www.stltoday.com about the show airing tomorrow.

Tonight Nat Geo Wild has several hours of programming about whales and deep sea creatures. One of the programs is about a whale that surfaced with a great white shark in its mouth.

The Science Channel has a series called Unearthed. Using CGI, they explore structures and monuments from all over the world and tonight at 9, they're doing Titanic. :). Should be very cool.

This has nothing to do with diving, but if you feel like watching the Buddy Guy episode of Austin City Limits that aired this past Saturday night (you can get it on the PBS app for Roku and probably via On Demand), you might spot someone who looks familiar...

I just saw the “Mega Movers” has an episode called “sinking a ship” which details the prep of the Texas Clipper for reefing. It was on Quest today (channel 11-4) to keep an eye out for it

Glad I have two VCR's

Looks like they both come on at 7:00, and I won't be there to see either of them in person.
you have “video cassette recorders” ? … let me know if one breaks down, I have one in my garage collecting dust for the last 15 years, sitting right next to my old turntable … we can work something out
